Stampede to SuccessStampede to Success is an event exclusively for high school juniors and sophomores, it is an exploration of engineering to help students decide if their interests include pursuing a career in engineering or computer science, and the reasons why USF College of Engineering is a great place to earn a bachelor's degree. The Stampede to Success offers a preview of possibilities, a glimpse into the world of engineering. VirtualMDLab participates in this activity providing
tours through the facilities, performing simple machining processes and
presenting informative videos regarding Manufacturing and Automation issues.
The laboratory is visited by High School students in groups of 18 people top,
who have the opportunity of observe the interaction between hardware and
software in real time.
